COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A RARE SET OF SKILLS

An Architect. An Owner’s Representative. A Construction Project Manager.

Julee has a rare set of skills honed from years of experience in all three roles.

Any successful design and construction project starts with clear goal setting and the early engagement of the whole team. An attention to detail on every level, and an ability to solve the many inevitable issues that arise during the entire project are required to navigate the complicated process. With her extensive experience managing the commercial construction process on projects of varying scale across the country, Julee has a passion for understanding complex projects, providing excellent customer service and diligent problem solving. Julee has helped dozens of clients and teams realize many projects through the successful navigation of scope, budget and schedule all while engaging and collaborating with the bevy of stakeholders and partners along the way.

In addition to providing architectural services, JKTA can assist with owner representation, project management and scheduling, document review and coordination, discipline integration, design and construction administration and collaboration with municipalities and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction).

JKTA is recognized as a Women-Owned Business (WBE) as a State of Minnesota Targeted Group entity, and is also certified as a Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE) by the MNUCP program. JKTA can help teams reach their Targeted Group goals.
